Tande

The
second close-up is Tande who Satomina attended his wedding ceremony.
Maybe
because of Tande’s cheerful character and similar age with me,
I was able to get along with him so well as if we didn’t have language
barriers.
When Tande came to Japan first time, his angelic curly blonde hair looked like a
doll.
But now he is already a father of a child. Time flies, really.
Not
only in Japan, but also Satomina used to see Tande in Milan during my stay in
Italy.
Of course, our common language was Italian.
Tande introduced his Italian friends who are still good friends of mine.
Probably I see them more often than Tande does because he seems like to
be very busy.
For me Tande is truly funny and kind Brazilian.
Because of his character I became the premier Japanese fan for
Brazil national team.
Such adorable Tande changed the court from indoor to outdoor,
beach volleyball so that I am no longer able to see Tande in Japan.
That makes me feel a bit sentimental every time when the national team
comes to Japan.
Now
you know how charming Tande is.
Tande yearned to have a dog while he was in
Italy so he got a Siberian husky.
Upon finishing the contract he wanted to bring his dog back to
Brazil, but he couldn’t.
So Tande left his Siberian husky to this Italian friend (don’t worry,
Tande, Pitu is fine in Italy).
Such a unique episode turns into a funny story because of Tande.
It’s amazing that Tande is back for the national team for the Sydney
Olympic Games.
I have am looking forward to meeting with Tande in August at Copa
America.
